Day 4

Well once again Optiofast for breakfast and for lunch chicken breast with avocado and green salad, just in case anyone is reading this blog I’m on holiday as a teacher until Jan 15th, where I’m sure I will have to change some of the ways I have been doing things, but feeling strong and going well haven’t weighed myself think this would be a tad premature but will do so at the end of each week with a photo. Today’s physical activity was swimming for an hour and a 1KM walk. Dinner well just drank my Optifast shake, went down like a homesick mole.
