Day 3

Wow got up early this morning feeling pumped took about a 500meter walk to the postbox and back, had an Optifast chocolate shake and a banana for breakfast, having fish and salad for lunch.

Workout today

3 X 10 weighted pull-ups

3 X  10 Stepups

3 X 10 Pulldowns

3 X 10 Straight Bar Curls

3 X 10 Dumbell Curls

3 X 10 Pushups

3 X 30 Sec Plank

Going for a walk on the beach before dinner.

Dinner Shake
