Day 2

Well woke up a little sore today, I felt my knees took a little beating with the treadmill run and my lower back with the rowing, but feeling good just had an Optifast shake, and today I’m concentrating on cardio.

Workout

4 X 10 Steps at level 1

3 X 30 sec ropes

4 X 10 burpee

4 Minutes Rowing Machine

3 X 3 Minutes Boxing Bag

 

Lunch not sure yet but will update when I get back- ok back I had a 300gm steak and an Optifast for dinner with a spoon of peanut butter as a snack before bed.
